3patiboss FAQ – Answers for Pakistani Betting Players

You must be at least 18 years old. 3patiboss is a strictly adults-only platform. Age is verified during the registration and KYC process. No. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 3patiboss account. Duplicate accounts are against the Terms and Conditions. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same person, both are closed and any balances may be forfeited. To register on 3patiboss you need: a valid Pakistani mobile number, a username of your choice (4–20 characters), a secure password, your full name, date of birth, and city. An email address is optional at sign-up but recommended for account recovery. Full identity verification (CNIC or equivalent) is required before your first withdrawal above certain thresholds.

You can request an account closure by contacting support at support@3patiboss.app. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance is withdrawn to your last used payment method. Go to the 3patiboss login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a reset link will be sent to you within 60 seconds. The link is valid for 10 minutes. Click it, set a new password, and you are back in. If you cannot access the registered mobile or email either, contact support@3patiboss.app with your full name and any account details you remember.

The most common causes of a failed 3patiboss login are: entering the mobile number with a leading zero (the field adds +92 automatically – enter only the 10 digits starting with 3); a typo in the password (passwords are case-sensitive); or Caps Lock being on. After three failed attempts, the account is temporarily locked for five minutes as a security measure. If the problem persists, use the password reset option.

3patiboss uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your PKR balance is held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds. We also use internal fraud detection that monitors for unusual account activity and flags suspicious login attempts. For your part, the best protection is a unique strong password and not sharing your credentials with anyone. 3patiboss will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Yes. You can be simultaneously logged in to 3patiboss on your phone and your laptop, for example. Your PKR balance and open bets sync across all devices in real time. If an unusual number of simultaneous sessions from different geographic locations is detected, our security system may request additional verification to protect your account.

3patiboss accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. If a deposit has not appeared after 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will locate it immediately.

3patiboss does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your account balance. Note that some banks or mobile wallets may charge their own transaction fees on their end – this is outside 3patiboss's control. Check with your bank or wallet provider if you are unsure whether they apply charges for outgoing transfers.

Log in to your 3patiboss account, go to the Withdraw section in your dashboard, select your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT, or card), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals on 3patiboss are typically processed within five minutes, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount on 3patiboss is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods. There is no hard upper limit on withdrawals, though very large single withdrawal amounts may require additional KYC verification before being processed. Live in-play betting means you can place bets on a cricket match while it is happening in real time. On 3patiboss, in-play markets update ball by ball – you can back the next wicket, total runs in the current over, the result at the end of the current session, and many other markets that are only available once a match is live. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined by the competition's own rules), all pre-match bets placed on the match winner market are voided and stakes returned in full. In-play bets that were settled before the abandonment remain settled. Cash out is available on selected markets on 3patiboss. When your bet is eligible for cash out, a "Cash Out" button with the current available amount appears in your open bets panel. Clicking it settles the bet immediately at that value, regardless of the final result. The cash out amount fluctuates with live odds – if Pakistan are batting well, your potential cash out will be higher than when you placed the bet. If the game turns, the cash out may be lower than your original stake, so choose the right moment.

Cards are then dealt alternately to two sides – "Andar" (inside) and "Bahar" (outside) – until a card matching the joker's value appears. You bet on which side that matching card will land on. If you believe a bonus should have been credited but has not appeared, first check the wagering history section of your account to see if it is pending rather than absent. Common reasons for a bonus not appearing are: you have an existing active bonus that must be completed first; the deposit did not meet the minimum amount required to trigger that particular promotion; or you opted out of promotions during registration.
