Terms and Conditions – 3patiboss Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 3patiboss website and all services provided through it, including sports betting, live casino games, card games, and any other product offered by 3patiboss. By registering an account, logging in, or placing a wager on 3patiboss, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the 3patiboss platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. 3patiboss encourages all users to review the Terms regularly.

To register and maintain an active account on 3patiboss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3patiboss strictly prohibits use by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned to the original payment method.
• You must be a natural person – corporate entities, trusts, or other non-individual legal persons may not hold a player account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 3patiboss or any associated company.
• You must be accessing 3patiboss from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or betting services. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period violates these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• You must provide accurate, truthful personal information during registration. False registration details are grounds for immediate account suspension.

3patiboss reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual may register one account only on 3patiboss. Operating multiple accounts, or attempting to use accounts registered by other individuals, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When creating your 3patiboss account you are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control
• A secure password that is unique to your 3patiboss account
• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other identification
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 or above

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patiboss account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. All activity conducted through your account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 3patiboss support promptly.

If you suspect that your 3patiboss account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@3patiboss.app. 3patiboss will investigate all reported security incidents but cannot be held responsible for losses arising from failure to protect login credentials.

3patiboss accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay – digital wallet
• SadaPay – digital wallet
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – internet banking from any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on 3patiboss is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

All funds deposited to 3patiboss must come from payment accounts or cards held in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts or cards belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

3patiboss does not apply any platform-side fees to deposits. Your payment provider may charge their own standard transaction fees – these are outside 3patiboss's control and are not reimbursed.

Deposited funds are credited to your 3patiboss PKR balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact support with the transaction reference number so we can investigate promptly.

You may request a withdrawal of your available 3patiboss PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each bonus are displayed at the time of claiming.
• 3patiboss may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal if the account has not been previously verified, or if unusual activity has been detected.
• In cases where a withdrawal is requested and the account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity, the withdrawal may be placed on hold pending investigation. 3patiboss will notify the account holder of any such hold.

Processing times: Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes of the request being approved. Bank IBFT transfers are typically completed within one hour but may take longer depending on your bank. 3patiboss processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3patiboss does not charge any fees on withdrawals. As with deposits, your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

All bets placed on 3patiboss are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when a bet reference number is issued by the 3patiboss system. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake per bet on 3patiboss is Rs 100 unless stated otherwise for a specific market.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-event payouts vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds at time of placement: The odds displayed at the moment you confirm a bet are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds changes do not affect already-confirmed wagers.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or affected by a material error in the odds display. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
• Settlement: For cricket and football, standard match bets settle on the official result as declared by the governing body (PCB, FIFA, ICC). For live in-play markets, settlement is based on the state of play at the time each specific market closes.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event. Disputes raised after this period cannot be investigated.
• Errors: Where 3patiboss becomes aware of an obvious pricing error, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, even after the event has concluded.

Accumulator bets are subject to the same general rules. If any leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining legs continue as a reduced accumulator.

3patiboss offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the time of claiming. The following general bonus rules apply across all 3patiboss promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have met the eligibility criteria specified for each offer. General eligibility requires a verified account and, for welcome bonuses, no prior 3patiboss account.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Only bets placed using real money balance (not bonus balance) count toward VIP Club points accumulation unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 3patiboss reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the terms that applied at the time of claiming govern that specific bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash equivalent at any exchange rate.
• If 3patiboss identifies that a player is abusing the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearing, or any other form of bonus exploitation – all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

VIP Club members on 3patiboss receive ongoing loyalty rewards including odds boosts, cashback offers, and enhanced table limits. VIP Club terms are published separately in the VIP Club section of the platform.

3patiboss is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and ensure that using 3patiboss remains an enjoyable form of entertainment rather than a source of financial or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 3patiboss account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-off periods: Take a break from betting for 24 hours, one week, or one month. During a cool-off period your account remains open but betting and deposits are disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from 3patiboss for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion is permanent for the chosen period and cannot be reversed once activated. 3patiboss will make reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of new accounts by self-excluded individuals.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3patiboss and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban. In serious cases, 3patiboss may refer the matter to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using an account registered in another person's name
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live card games such as Teen Patti and Andar Bahar
• Match-fixing or any form of insider information used to gain an unfair betting advantage
• Systematic bonus abuse including multi-accounting to claim welcome bonuses or promotional offers multiple times
• Money laundering or using 3patiboss for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime
• Attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 3patiboss account credentials to any third party

3patiboss employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be restricted pending investigation without prior notice. 3patiboss will cooperate fully with any law enforcement requests related to fraudulent activity on the platform.

All content on the 3patiboss platform – including but not limited to logos, graphics, game designs, software, text, and the overall interface design – is the intellectual property of 3patiboss or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users of 3patiboss are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for their own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any 3patiboss content in any medium
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from 3patiboss content
• Use 3patiboss content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the 3patiboss platform by automated means

Any unauthorised use of 3patiboss intellectual property may result in legal action. If you wish to reference 3patiboss content for legitimate journalistic or editorial purposes, please contact us at support@3patiboss.app before publication.

3patiboss collects and processes personal data from registered users in order to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. By registering on 3patiboss you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes
• Payment information is processed through encrypted, secure gateways
• Identity verification documents provided for KYC purposes are stored securely and used only for the purpose of account verification
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 3patiboss holds about you

3patiboss makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates continuously, reliably, and securely. However, 3patiboss does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be entirely free of technical errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patiboss shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the user's end, including disconnections during live games
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
• Losses arising from a user's failure to protect their account credentials
• Losses arising from a user's failure to read or understand the applicable betting or game rules before placing a wager

Nothing in these Terms limits 3patiboss's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

The total liability of 3patiboss to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3patiboss reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date displayed at the top. For significant changes, 3patiboss will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 3patiboss platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

3patiboss encourages all registered users to check this page periodically, particularly before making a deposit or placing a large wager, to ensure familiarity with the current Terms.
